▌Recently, a procuratorial cooperation seminar on the punishment of crimes related to cross-border maritime smuggling was held in Shenzhen by procuratorial organs in the nine cities of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Zhuhai, Foshan, Huizhou, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Jiangmen and Zhaoqing in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. A framework agreement was signed.

近日，粤港澳大湾区广州、深圳、珠海、佛山、惠州、东莞、中山、江门、肇庆九市检察机关在深圳举办粤港澳大湾区惩治海上跨境走私犯罪检察协作研讨，签署框架协议。

▌According to the Framework Agreement, the procuratorial organs of the nine cities in the Greater Bay Area will strengthen cooperation on the punishment of crimes related to the cross-border maritime smuggling. Efforts will be made in five aspects: promoting procuratorial cooperation in different places, developing unified law enforcement and judicial standards, setting up digital procuratorial sharing mechanism, establishing a joint meeting mechanism, jointly building education and team .

据了解，根据框架协议，粤港澳大湾区九市检察机关将通过异地检察办案协作、统一执法司法尺度、数字检察共享机制、建立联席会议机制和办案团队共育共建五方面措施加强惩治海上跨境走私犯罪检察协作。
