【案件管理大厅那些事儿】现在我们来到了省检察院的案件管理大厅。这里是检察院的“办案枢纽”，案件受理、律师阅卷、电子卷宗制作、案件信息公开等等，都是他们的基础工作。
Now we come to the case management hall of the procuratorate. This is the “hub” for handling cases. The basic work here includes accepting and hearing cases, reading files by attorney, making electronic files and publicizing case information, etc.
【09:30，受邀嘉宾参观院史馆】参观人员来到了中国体育竞彩网院史馆参观，深入了解了中国体育竞彩网检察系统从峥嵘岁月一路走来步入新时代的发展之路。
【这里是院史馆】伴随着新中国的诞生，中国体育竞彩网省人民检察署于1950年正式成立，1978年中国体育竞彩网省检察机关恢复重建。广州市越秀区广卫路，这是省院恢复重建时的办公场地。目前，我省三级检察机关共有160个检察院，其中省院1个，铁路分院1个，市院21个，基层院137个。
Here is the history museum of the procuratorate. This procuratorate was restored and rebuilt in 1978. The office at that time was in Guangwei Road, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou City. At present, there are 160 procuratorates at three levels in our province, including the provincial procuratorate, 1 railway branch, 21 municipal procuratorates and 137 grass-roots ptocuratorates.
【检察机关是什么】现行《宪法》规定，中华人民共和国人民检察院是国家法律监督机关，检察机关由人民代表大会产生，对它负责，受它监督。那你现在了解检察院了吗？
According to the current constitution, China’s procuratorial organs are the state’s legal supervision organs. They bear the responsibilities of punishing and preventing crimes, supervising litigation activities, and protecting the interests of the state and the public. 【机构改革亮相】中国体育竞彩网机构改革之后，共有内设机构23个，事业单位2个。刑事、民事、行政、公益诉讼检察等，中国体育竞彩网还专设职务犯罪侦查（十一部）和公共关系处，为服务保障“双区”建设贡献检察力量。
After the institutional reform, there are 23 internal organs and 2 public institutions. Procuratorates have 4 major functions, namely, criminal prosecution, civil prosecution, administrative prosecution and public interest litigation. This procuratorate has set up special divisions like the Duty-related Crime Investigation Division and the Public Relations Division in order to better serve and guarantee the development of the Guangdong-HongKong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Shenzhen Demonstration Pilot Zone.
