Guangdong’s procuratorial organs continue to facilitate the implementation of the “No.3 Procuratorial Proposal,” intensify the crackdown on financial crimes, especially those related to the disruption of financial order and the financial fraud in order to upgrade the level of legalization of financial regulation in the Greater Bay Area. 

　　Prevent the financial risks and severely crackdown the economic crimes involving the mass. Guangdong’s procuratorates intensify the legal supervision over all kinds of financial institutions, financial market trading platforms, money and credit markets as well as insurance markets, and achieve success in handling a number of serious mass-related economic criminal cases such as illegally taking in deposits from the general public and unlawfully raising funds by means of fraud. 

　　　Vigorously take forward anti-money laundering work. Guangdong’s procuratorates strengthen supervision and operation guidance on anti-money laundering, accurately distinguish between the “money laundering crimes” and the “concealing crimes,” and set up a monthly reporting system. 

　　　Improve the coordinated mechanisms of financial crimes governance. The provincial procuratorate and relevant institutions act in close coordination to ensure the monitoring and early warning as well as the joint prevention and control of illegal fund-raising activities. They establish the mechanisms of cases notification and joint meeting,  strengthen prevention and control during the handling of the procuratorial cases in order to safeguard the healthy development of the financial industries in the Greater Bay Area.
